fraudulent methods to force and ill employee
to quit her job and battle seven months to
get short-term disability insurance she was

Life with criminal action when they cut
Margaret off of long-term benefits by using

The CPP
disability benefit is viewed
as the "first payer" by most
private insurance plans. It
is important to note that
there is no express
statutory basis for this
view, merely a presumption.
When you apply for long term
disability benefits through
your private company they
make you apply to CPP.
This is wrong. It creates,
billions of dollars profit
for insurance companies at
tax Canadian tax payers
expense. You pay for your
policy, why should the
government pay you if need
to file a claim? Please sign
the petition and contact
your MP and demand change.
